Wake up to birdsong every morning when you rent our charming two-story cottage located on the grounds of the Hunt-Parker Sanctuary at Bedford Audubon.

During the day, enjoy the stunning views from three large windows in the living room with brick fireplace. Enjoy a sun-filled dedicated dining room. The kitchen boasts floor to ceiling built-ins. Included kitchen appliances are: microwave, refrigerator, and a propane stove. A generous mudroom or pantry with storage is just steps away. The two downstairs bedrooms are large and have generous size closets. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor, except for the vintage-inspired bathroom, which sports black and white tile and a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs you’ll find a quiet bedroom with closet, and a large bonus room with exposed brick chimney.

Recently painted throughout, tamper-resistant outlets, sophisticated and energy-efficient light fixtures.

All bedroom and bathroom windows are Energy-Star Andersen replacements, with recently installed wall-to-wall carpet throughout the second floor. Full basement with laundry.
