Our Easements

Easements add an extra layer of protection to conservation properties.

Bedford Audubon holds conservation easements at three other locations.

We are responsible for regular oversight of the Rose & Rockshelter Preserve and the Pine Croft Meadow Preserve owned by the Westchester Land Trust and the O’Donohue Preserve owned by the North Salem Open Land Foundation.
