Steps away from the backyard is 300 acres of wildlife sanctuary property and 8 miles of hiking trails, with the village of Katonah just minutes away.

The charming Cottage is two stories, with three bedrooms (one upstairs and two downstairs), one full bathroom, kitchen (propane stove), dining room, living room with working brick fireplace, upstairs family room/study, and full basement with laundry. Forced hot air heat. Water, trash and recycling contract, furnace contract, mowing, and snow plowing is included. No smoking. Pets allowed with approval (cats must be indoors only).

The Cottage is located in the Katonah-Lewisboro School District (Increase Miller Elementary School). Equal travel time to either the Katonah or Goldens Bridge MetroNorth train stations.

We’re open to multiple-year leases (our last tenants stayed with us for nearly 7 years!).
