2007 Hawk Watch

In 2007 Bedford Audubon Society resumed the Chestnut Ridge Hawk Watch at the Butler Ridge Sanctuary. Hawks were counted from August 20-November 18 as part of a long term study on raptor migration along the coast in conjunction with the Audubon Greenwich’s Quaker Ridge hawk watch.

During this period the following the following raptors were counted:
